Palace of Wax

Tonight was so cool. We tested Braden on some things he learned in home school this past semester. We told him that if he could pass the semester test, we would take him to the Palace of Wax on the way out of the country. That's kind of funny. We are about to go through New York, London and lots of other great cities and he wants to see the Palace of Wax in Dallas before we leave. Anywho, we thought we would be creative with our test, so we decided to test him using a PowerPoint presentation of “Who wants to go to the Palace of Wax.” (a spoof of “Who Wants to be a Millionaire.”) We are at Angie's parent's house and both her brother and sister and families were there. (they were our audience) It was great. We had the laptop plugged into the tv, we had the sound and everything. We gave him 3 life lines and he didn't have to use any of them. Either the test was too easy or he is to smart. I think the latter.nnWell we leave in just 2 days. We stay Wednesday night in Dallas. Got a great price on a hotel through Priceline. I'm such a geek.nnWell it bedtime for me. Good night.
