Happy Birthday Angie….

Today is the big day. She is half way to 70 now! I told her that this morning and she didn’t seem to mind. 70 is not so bad, I am actually looking forward to it.The kids and I got here some really cool sunglasses for her birthday. She had tried on about 70 pair in the last month. I was paying attention and remembered which ones she liked. However, just two days ago, she began telling me how she had changed her mind and she didn’t want me to spend that much on sunglasses and that she would rather have all these other things. Well, normally, that would have been find as I usually get her gift the day before her big day. Well this time, I was really on the ball and purchased the cool shades about a week early. So when I took her to dinner for her birthday (we went on Dec 1) she began listing other places she wanted to go and look for birthday stuff. I had to let her know that her present had already been purchased and she immediately knew it was sunglasses.This morning we took her to breakfast on the main island and then did a little shopping. Kyndal and I had ordered a cake yesterday (Angie didn’t know about that) so we stopped by the cake cooking place and picked up. Since we ate a late breakfast, we had cake for lunch. We picked up some holiday decoration supplies along with a fern looking tree. We will spend the next few days making some decorations. Welp, guess that’s about it. Angie has her email working again.
