We got our first offer on the house

We got our first and second offer on our house. Isn’t that nice? It’s always good to get an offer, but to have to choose which one to go with, that’s just amazing. I love to live in amazement. One offer was for full asking price, but they wanted a little extra at closing. The other offer was just a little less than what we were asking and netted us more money. After several faxes and signatures, we had a contract.
