10-Day English Class

We are teaching a 10-day English class to friends on our island. I guess I shouldn’t say “we.” I’m just along for the ride. Some Americans living in the UAE are mixing vacation and volunteerism. We had our first class tonight and the students and teachers had a great time. The photo is of our classroom on our island where we do our language classes.

Our training center continues to grow with a huge demand for teachers at resorts. We need help. If you are a college student and are looking for a break (a couple months in the summer would be perfect for us) we have a great deal for you. We will take care of all of your housing and food and you can teach 4 days a week and enjoy the island life for a couple of months. Its a sweet deal and we really need the help…. pllleeeeeeeaaaaaaasssssseeeee!

After the 10-day class, Angie will have many of the students pictured here in a 8-week English class that she will teach in the evenings.
