Rain!!!
Never thought I would be so happy to see rain. It has been so stinking hot here. It has looked like rain for the last few days, but it seems that it just goes around us and the sun bursts through on this equatorial land mass and cooks us. All the windows in house were open and we could see the rain coming in from the south east. The black clouds were moving fast and so was the cool wind. It felt so good. Unfortunately, we had to close our windows to keep the rain from getting in, but it was worth it.
So I will give praise for the rain and cry tomorrow when the mosquitoes show up. Oh, well, I guess it is worth it.
