All good.

Today was one of those days that was just good all around. It started when I called my parents this morning on the phone. We don't talk a whole lot on the phone, but I really wish I was a better son and called them more often. We had a nice conversation and was a great start to a wonderful day.

After meeting with some friends on my island, we headed to the main island to do some shopping. We are half heartedly looking for a new sofa. Ours is 2 years old and has 2 busted seems. The holes are getting bigger. It is so frustrating because I paid more for my island sofa than I did for any sofa in the USA. Unfortunately, the sofa here is less than half the quality and after 2 years it is falling apart. I think I'm just going to break out some duck tape and see if I can hold Angie off a little longer. She doesn't think the duck tape goes well with plastic worn out sofas.

We bought new locks for the office door and school door. Some keys were misplaced and thought we should stay ahead of potential problems by installing new locks. I've been looking for a floor mat for months that will help reduce the sand and water that is tracked in from the sand and gravel outside my office. Found it. We ate dinner in the big city and headed home.

We called some friends on our skype phone to close the night. These friends are very generous and kind to us. It was so good to talk to them on the phone. Well, I should be writing my ESL lesson plans for next week, so I guess I better do that now. It's all good.
