Chokin’ on a chili

It seems that most of the blogs praise my amazing wife for her strengths and giftedness, so I thought I would take the opportunity to poke fun at her a little. Angie is not one for a lot of “extra” spicy food. However, she has managed to do really well in these parts. She is picking up the pace very rapidly… trying new things and even ordering the spicy dishes. Well tonight we went to a local restaurant and had curry. She started coughing just a little (you know like a little lady is supposed to do) but the coughing got louder and louder and finally ended with a man sized cough. She had her back to the rest of the restaurant and so she didn’t see that everyone turned to look. I didn’t have the heart to tell her at the time. She never reads what I put on the blog unless I force her too, so this will be our little secret. Anyway, wish you could have been there with us. This was about the fourth chili she has choked down. She’s amazing.
