Eclipse

We saw the eclipse today. It was pretty cool. I starred at if for like 10 minutes so it would burn the image into my eyes and I could see it for the rest of my life…. ha ha just kidding. I put my camera on speed burst, aimed towards the sky with my UV filter on my lens. Got some pretty cool pics. Take a look.

The longest lasting annular solar eclipse of this millennium occurred today – 15 January 2010. The eclipse was viewable from our tiny little island for about 10 minutes and was the longest duration of visibility from land. Can you believe that the tiny islands where I live was the best place in the world to see the full eclipse? Just when I think the world couldn't get any smaller… it does.
