Just Visiting

We have spent the last few days visiting Angie’s family. Over the weekend, we went to the Sharbutt (Angie’s mom) family reunion. We stayed at a hunting lodge but didnt get to hunt. Drats! Ha ha, I hadnt used that word in a long time. Anyway, we got to see Angie’s aunts, uncles and cousins. See our June Photos.

The day after we returned to Brownwood, we went out to the lake where some of Angie’s family have a lake house. Both of the kids tried to ski, but just couldnt get up. Angie got up the first time and then skied alongside her sister. See our June Photos.

I skied and surfed. Yeah you read it right. I surfed. Get this… I hung on to a short rope behind the boat while I got on the surf board. I then moved the board onto the wake behind the boat. I then surfed the wave the boat made. It was so cool. Who would have thought I could surf on a lake on wave made by a boat. I got picks to prove it…. See our June Photos.

We are heading to Angie’s parent’s ranch tomorrow. Probably do a little fishing and some work. We plan to attend my nephew’s birthday party on Saturday and then Angie and the kids are heading up to see her brother…. supposed to have a baby around the 1st of July.

Angie’s first doctor visits are the first week of July. We will keep you posted but spare you the photos of her inflamed intestines.
