School Stuff
We are still waiting on an answer from the public school. Kyndal should have started school the day after we arrived. So we went to the administration office to get her registered and they told us they needed a letter, birth certificate, etc. So I went back the next day with all the required docs and they told me that they were not allowing new enrollments until Feb. Weird. So Kyndal is pouting and wishing she could be in school, but she will have to wait a week or so.
Braden on the other hand, passed his entrance exam and made 90%. This says a lot about both Braden and his teacher for the past couple of years. He qualified for a 25% discount on his registration fee and monthly tuition. Sweet. I also told him I would give him 200 rufiyaa (about $15) if he scored 90% or better. Braden starts on Sunday. We still have to buy uniforms, school books, etc. Everybody is excited about school…especially the kids former teacher. 😉
