Texas Fried Chicken

We went to a new restaurant tonight while we were on the island capital… The name is Food Club Texas. Strange. It is fried chicken fast food. Certainly the first of it's kind on the islands. We loved it. The food tasted like fried chicken you might buy in the States. Most fried chicken here is way over fried and tastes a bit fishy. This stuff was good. They have a chicken standing by the entrance. We took a photo. Watch for it in the pic of the week next week.

Dont worry Oklahoma friends, we saw something that reminded us of you too. We saw an Asian man wearing an Oklahoma tshirt with a nice sunset, palm trees and a beach. Can't say I ever saw that in OK before but you never know. Thanks for keeping up with us. We enjoy the comments and emails. Oh and happy b-day to my favorite brother-in-law named David. I have several brothers-in-law but only one named David so that makes him my favorite David bro-in-law. Hang in there man, you are headed for the peak (40) just one more year to go.
